Present technical director of NIFA ELECTRONICS PVT.LTD., Nikhil Shah is a qualified electronics engineer. He started his career in 1988 as a service engineer with SYSTRONICS (VIKRAM SARABHAI GROUP Co.).. SYSTRONICS is pioneer of Electronics instrument era in India. They research and make instruments in India as well as used to import them from world over.. Nikhil Shah was Responsible for maintenance of wide spectrum of over 200 instruments ranging from critical medical instruments to oscilloscope made in India as well as abroad and imported.
In February 1991 he jumped into the market as an entrepreneur.. Started business with offline UPS products and soon in 1998 established a Pvt. Ltd. Company. His positive thinking approach, nature of thinking, analytical approach and calculated risk allowed him to expand his business in arena of POWER CONDITIONING, POWER MANAGEMENT & ALLIED TECHNICAL SERVICES.. The business is spread across whole western India.. The company believes in discipline & quality of work.. Company has well organized, professionally managed & structured departments like Sales with optimum strength of engineers, Service Department, Accounts & Admin Department.

He is also working in the area of Shreenathji Literature through Nifa – Shreenathji Foundation..
He is a member of Gujarat State Plastic Manufacturers Association & Saurashtra Plastics Manufacturer Association, too.

DILIP PATEL
 An electronics engineer by qualification, Dilip Patel started his career in 1994 as a service engineer in Nikhil Shah’s team.
Presently he is service in charge in NIFA ELECTRONICS.. He is very good at customer service management.. He has trained more than 50 electronics engineers till date. Right now 3 people are working under him. He is the person who needs not to be told what to work. He understands the demands of work and can communicate with eyes.
He is always cool minded and talks only when it is must. He can solve most of the problems regarding electronics. His skills are not measurable. His work speaks everything.
